It's potato cam quality and reminds me very much of the Citizen's Reactor video/screenshots of the interior of the Jav, which they have had for a long time.

Very interesting, but as @DirectorGunner points out, video quality as well as the textures of the ship are from a long time ago. Personally, I'd wager that this video was produced prior to the initial SQ42 play special / demo around 2016.
