Below is my entry:

Man orders some beer for he is successful explorer
His wife says you are only allowed to get what fits in Aurora
So our man calls for a delivery van
He says - only Aurora be it can
But Lady Fortuna smiled at our man and the beer came in Hull-E called "Aurora"

My entry will probably be disqualified,

An old prisoner on Abderdeen,
argued his pheonix was not obscene!
He bragged about the best cuisine,
an Archiemedes undocking,
an URSA shocks knocking.
But his Radegast was Xylene

When the drunk effect was in-game I was able to load in and PVP while having the drunk effect once and was successful.
But ... yea dunno if that is the "subject" of it enough.
