All of them are standalone ships. You can see the prices in the pledge store :) For what it's worth, all are original ships (not upgraded from Archimedes or whatever). The Reliant comes with the flair items.

I'm pretty sure CIG will sell character slots at some point. Don't pay too much to upgrade to a package before it even matters :)

Oh fuck, I have no intention of paying too much at all. I can get what I want for ships during the Xmas sale. This is more a want. I'm hoping that some kind hearted TESTie has a Freelancer LTI (or any LTI package that has more than the self land hanger) they've melted that they don't mind unmelting and selling at cost. Either way I'm upgrading in two days. I have multiple routes to my end objective, this is merely one option.
The resources are here, as there are thousands of TESTies. It's just a matter of tapping one (hehe) of those resources.
