Modular Bombers Galore!

Well, since the introduction of the S3, S5, and S10 bomb racks for the Eclipse as well as S3 and S5 racks for the Gladiator...

my Spirit A1 is gonna upgrade into something else! (I never really cared for the A1, but it was the only bomber in my fleet)

If I still had my Retaliator, I'd like to try out the bomb bays for it too, but I'm not gonna pull her out of buybacks to experiment.

I really like the modularity we're seeing here. I hope we see other bays come about soon for these ships and others.

The Avenger makes a great cosplay for the Navy's old A-4 Skyhawk light attack aircraft when you put the bomb racks on :)

Nvm that it's like, 4x the size. It looks cool !

I know, the Gladiator has been my favorite ship since it's concept came around.

I wish they'd used a remote turret similar to that instead of the big bubble.

I hate the put the A-1 out to pasture, but these new racks do make it look redundant.

Honestly, the Eclipse is one very versatile ship now and I look at it in a totally different light.
The only way it could improve is for us to be able to swap out the different modules physically in a carrier's hangar.
Man, on-the-fly mission configuration from a ships hangar... that would be cool.

NGL, the Gladiator is one of my favorite looking ships. I'll have to try it out with bomb racks...honestly, it was so useless for so long, I kind of forgot about it.
