More Minimalist Test Squadron Forum

I prefer the less is more kind of style so I've made a Stylish style to make the TEST forum slightly more to my liking. I definitely haven't gone full minimalist on it or anything. Just some quick and dirty changes.

1. Removed the sidebar on the front page of the forum
2. Removed the avatars when you're viewing the list of threads on a board
3. Removed the 'additional user info' such as post counts etc. shown below avatars in threads
4. Removed the little bar that shows up to say who has liked a post
5. Removed the empty space between posts, squared up corners, removed unnecessary padding

I just used the forum settings to remove signatures so that's not in the style. I also put some comments in the style to tell you what to remove/comment out if you want certain things back such as the sidebar or thread avatars.

To install, add the Stylish extension to Chrome or Firefox, then go to https://userstyles.org/styles/109398/minimalist-test-squadron and click the big ol' install button.
