So I was in chat with Shive, Virtual Freedom, and Skyyhawk and all of a sudden I lost voice coms in the middle hanging out. Has anyone seen this while in mumble? I restarted my computer and they can't hear me.

Horizons had exact same issue when he upgrades to windows 10.
I believe that it was solved by re-installing audio/motherboard drivers
Try pressing Win+X, go to device manager, locate audio drivers (it can be something generic/unrecognized), uninstall. They should re-connect with default drivers. Try mumble, then try driver from your hardware manufacture

If you have a loose audio jack and nudge it, then your PC will think it's disconnected and change the default output device making you unable to hear anyone even after you reconnect it.
Try choosing your preferred audio output device on the settings tab and also resetting it as default on the Playback Devices window.
Happens to me all the time.
