. . .I would like the hanger to be at least large enough to hold an MPUV. . .
There has never been any question that the MPUV would fit in the Carrack. The MPUV is truly tiny--less than 10X10m. The real question is whether real fighters will fit so they can be serviced, refueled, repaired, have their NPC crews swapped out, etc. So just noting, all the pics of the Carrack have the hangar about 1/7 to 1/8 the length of the ship. If it is now 150 meters, the bay is about 20-22 meters. That will not fit the biggest fighters like the Banu Defender, Vanguards, Reliants nor even the Sabre, but it will fit the Gladius, Terrapin, Mustangs (very underrated ships with beds!), Avengers, and maybe the Gladiator, and mighty Hornets. If these all fit, the utility of the ship is hugely increased as it becomes a base of much larger operations. Yeah, Reliant Sens will probably not fit, but you can outfit Mustangs with sensors and fly them off the Carrack, sweeping ginormous swaths of space in every system you enter. And if you can fly Ghost Hornets and Trackers, there will be all manner of play options available to the Carrack owner they did not previously have.
The Carrack's size difference could create a huge difference, and BTW; someone here called this many months ago. I thought he was just being cynical, but he was dead on that the Carrack would grown in size. Wish I remembered who made that call.
