I agree that a homogeneous pair is important thus two Scorpius would require 4 players. But the question is would 4 Arrows or 2 Scorpius be equal or would one be a better group than the other?

Arrow vs. Scorpius should be close. Gladius vs. Scorpius with the current meta, Gladius. Sabre or Hornet vs. Scorpius with the current meta, I give it to the flight over the pair.
