No Spawn Points in Hangar

So I started Star Citizen for the first time in a long time (new GPU, finally) and I do not have any of the blue dots in my hangars to spawn any of my ships. Anyone familiar with this prob? The only thing I could find is this FAQ from RSi, which to be honest, is not very comforting:

There have been reports of an issue where the blue spawn points in hangars are not appearing. This effects all hangar types and unfortunately there is no way to correct this issue or get around it...

Last time I was in my hangar, I had to hold down F while searching for the dots to place the ships.

You do have to be close to them (walk slow). The interaction point is also offset vertically from the view, and perhaps MOST annoying tend to spawn incomplete or damaged ships.

If you really want to look at a ship, pulling it up in Free Flight would be my suggestion.
