Dont go expecting the 3 digits numbers unless you have one of those killer setups.

For average systems you can expect something from 25-30 to 70 fps dépending on where you are and what you do.

I am real interested to check this patch out personally since overall I had decent average frames. With a fresh server I would typically get 55-65 fps on average. Sometimes that would dip into the mid 30s but overall it wasn't horrible. The issue that made it near unplayable for me personally and most I have seen discussions on is the server stutter where quite often it would dip into single digits just for a second and then jump back up.
