Biography
Enlisted as a means to attach some legitimacy to his, sometimes, questionable behavior. Can often be found around Crusader helping out new Citizens with basic instructions on how to navigate the universe and survive just a bit longer. However, he can also often be found on Port Olisar free floating between struts waiting for a fancy new ship to be delivered so he can go for a bit of a joyride. He appears to like trying out expensive ships but hasn't got the UEC to acquire them for himself.
He hopes to change this lack of currency by acquiring a fortune thanks to whatever freelancing he can do under the umbrella of TEST.

Officer appears to operate in a moral gray area. Although he does occasionally participate in some light piracy it never seems to be due to malice or anger, but rather as a result of natural curiosity and interest in new tech. Otherwise, the officer appears to genuinely wish to help citizens that are in need of it.
