I suggest that we Take over a UEE/Vanduul/Xi'an system

So the average drunk TESTie would ask, Why? and there's a good reason... actually there's no reason at all unless you consider showing our dominance as a reason. But it could also help us with
Step 1
We take a set number of TEST ships into UEE territory and engage the UEE in hit and run ops until we weaken them enough for a full on attack. this must be done quick to stop a backup Fleet from entering the system.
Step 2
We create bases, blockades around jump points and use as many troops and ships as we can spare to suppress the UEE reinforcements. If a Bengal shows up, we take it, use it for the betterment of the TESTie occupation and crash it into Sol. after this we hold the system for as long as possible, stripping the system of resource and gaining strength
Step 3
eventually, a large fleet will probably appear to say "fuk off plz", to which we will accept and jump out of the system to avoid our fleet being massacred.
Step 4
The UEE will officially hate us! TEST success!
