Their customer service's pretty good actually.
BioWare too, when my SWTOR account got compromised (aka "hacked" in more common terms) they were really helpful in getting everything back to working order, refunded all the credit card charges, restored the lost items and credits, as well as let me "keep" what the "hacker" opened as the cartel packs (their RNG cash reward boxes) and was very nice throughout.

Yup. Can confirm when they messed up by sending me the XBox code for Titanfall I got the correct version within 1 hour. :)
