I know I am VERY late to the party, but I have been thoroughly enjoying The Outer Worlds from Obsidian. I find the mix of irreverent humor and outlandish commentary (including commentary regarding Bethesda) to be quite enjoyable. While there IS a slight problem with instability in the Taster's Choice version that can cause computer crashes in some systems (full hard shutdown/reboots), I still find it to be a worthwhile game.
Outer Worlds 2 is coming out at the end of October and I am hoping for a similar style of game. I know that everyone always has high hopes for a sequel that is usually dashed, but I have started expecting less in the way of perfection, but wanting to just enjoy a good game, even if there are flaws in how a character looks, or some other issue.
Just in case you are having the itch for a new game...
