That's true, unless you're one of those who lost the money -- in PTU credit balance were reset to 0 aUEC for few testers, in PU credits are being reset to the starting balance if you are unlucky.

Yes my whopping 50k credits carried over and all of my gear. So that's a huge plus because I had my mining ships completely decked out.
For some reason (still thinking about it) Persistance did not work for me on LIVE.
It worked great in the PTU however.......

Yep they carried over, just be warn that they are NOT equipped, so you need to re-equip all your weapon, ammo, utility AND ship components.... but they are still there.

yes, my blistering 65k credits carried over with all my gear too. Today when I logged in though, I had all my gear still but my starting funds were restored to a majestic 182k. Logged in and out a few times today, trying different things with my Carrack, and the funds remained constant, also all the gear I'd purchased before the patch.
It has been reported, but there has been no news that I am aware of. Do you have a link? They're not being very forthcoming with updates or progress, all I see is day 2 of the ticket slipping away.
Edit: The loss also includes purchased ships or the loaner ships for those not in game yet, plus subscriber benefits. They appear on the website, but not ingame. I can literally walk around Area 18 and pick my nose.

There is a very rare bug that affected me and couple others, and is not always happening even in similar scenario:
when you lose weapon on ship and reclaim ship, that weapon is lost, both from hardpoint and from inventory.

Yeah man, the 'Lude was Feb 1-17, ending on Family Day. We skated the canal the 16th, and it was in horrible condition. More snow than ice. Was kinda sad. Next year I think we'll go up in early January. I want to skate it while she's in decent condition.
I foresee a strong disturbance in the force, where traders are gonna trade like never before, and miners are gonna mine like never before.
Question is, what can you actually buy with these temp credits? Can you buy ships and hold them temporarily? all the ships' components you could want, etc?

I haven't gotten anything back yet. No updates either. I'm traveling this week so I won't notice it until I get home on Friday.
