Piracy, Test, and PALS

Ok so a few questions for an official response -

What is the TEST stance on Piracy?

What is the TEST stance on having a KOS list?

In discord PALS (Personal Asset Liberation Squad I think) has been mentioned a few times. Who is in it?

Let me try and give a TEST-ish answer.
1. TEST is okay with pirates. Everybody in the org is free to do whatever they want in the game, and we have no idea yet how one person's reputation will affect the organization. There are many people in TEST who are interested in piracy, so piracy is okay (probably).
2. What do you mean, exactly? KOS = kill on sight? Who? Pirates? Ours or from other organizations? Doesn't really matter. People who will play bounty hunters will kill pirates and vice versa. If we're in the same org, though, we might let it slide (maybe).
3. Afaik, PALS, like many other organically formed groups in TEST, is free to join and not, by any means, mandatory. A congregation of like-minded players, if you will (I guess).
