I'm at work so I don't have access to Photoshop, but here's what I did in paint:
The font needs correcting, the leaves should be yellow, the owl needs vectorized and rescaled, and it's missing something that I can't quite place just yet, but it's a fun distraction while I'm at work.
Also, don't like this because it totally sucks real bad.
