Somehow I feel like if SC would suddenly allow to earn UEC, we couldn't get 500 people to work together across all divisions and what not... but I'm always accused of being pessimistic.

You should try joining us on our meetups over the weekends, we get quite a crowd together pretty easily. You would be surprised what can be accomplished with good leadership.
