Not completely inspirational, but made me think!

When I was doing tech-support for a council, ask a user if there was anybody else there who could help with looking at a phone with her (90 minutes on a call, and she couldn't find the button we were asking her to tap), her response was:

"There is only Louise, but she has her own problems!"

Never did find out what her problems were... I still wonder about it now!
