Face it...they are going to milk the console sales all they can this holiday season, and sometime mid-2019 (when the last PC holdouts have said "Fuck it, I can't wait for it to come out on PC any longer--I'm buying the console version!"), they will release a PC version, hoping they can squeeze out as many duplicate console and PC sales as they can.

Some site like gamespot or something had an article titled "what do we know about the pc version" and concluded that we know nothing. They guesstimated 6-8 months after console release, based on previous releases like gta v.
