• You get 7 days of play time with a rented item (7 days where you log in, not seven from the purchase day),
• Weapons are pretty damn cheap. (Even omnisky IV's)
• You can get Turrets, Shields, and Gimbals.
• Ships do not have their ultimate or rare variants at present (No Mustang D/O, no Super Hornet)
• There is a Gladius!

I dont know how much rec you earn per match. Post your results

Apparently you can earn 8k Rec from a Vanduul Swarm. GET DEM WEAPONS BOYS.

No Super Hornet or Delta available for REC is kinda annoying.

Ben confirmed on the RSI forums that they will eventually do a staggered release of the limited ships to E.A. I think this is a good idea and it gives people something to look forward to after folks have tried out the currently available ships.

Also, if someone tries out a limited ship and likes it, but can't buy it, I can imagine that would be kind of a bummer. I'm thinking CIG will release them to E.A. once they're getting ready to have them on sale again.

Been sitting in racing for the last 10 minutes waiting for a match. I should at least get some free REC for hanging. New guy to the game but dang. Once we are live I hope to own two of the fast ships and the game having brackets per ship. In the mean time I've seen a few posts about optimal Aurora load outs, I should probably read them soon and find a cheap racer for now.
