The javelin yeah I wont ever reach 2017 of those that number is insane... and I definitely don't plan on trying to do and sell 9 million referrals that's just insane however you did it grats to you man you were smart about it I cant even get my co-workers or rl friends to play (other than my best friend...which I payed for)

No, its not possible. Prospects need to make a $40 purchase with cash, otherwise they wont become Recruits.

While peeps are discussing the nuances of SC investments, I have a question.
Presuming I have no account and want a Prowler, is there a preferred method that I can use to get more than just the Prowler? If it is $400, am I better off starting 10 new accounts for $40@, then melting them and buying a single Prowler, and would I not then have 9 more LTIs to apply to future ships gotten in game?

Presuming you bought 10 packages (has to be a game package) WITH NEW CASH, on ten different accounts, kept them for one month (to ensure that jfeezy gets the referrals), then gifted each ship to one account, you could then melt them all or all but one, and upgrade the remaining one.
Good luck finding LTI game packages though. You end up having to buy one generic game package on the final account, and then buy an LTI ship to upgrade to your prowler.
