i've been in the hanger both sober and drunk. When you're drunk the fish talk to you. I've also noticed weird noises from the hanger, either, extreme echo or the fish crashing into your ship. The AtV was pretty funny. The best part was 1.1a still on it's way 600 years in the future.

EDIT: Drunk IRL not in game. If they talked in game with the bar it would be even better.
