I have both, I see the point. But I also see the point of keeping just the Asgard if you're not really into cargo gameplay.
Well, I also have a Liberator, which is currently cleverly disguised as a Hercules M2. Though you are correct, the cargo gameplay is not a loop I intend to focus on, which is better than my thoughts on Mining crafting and Salvage. LOL

I have a Liberator too. That's going to be one useful ship when it gets into the 'verse (I hope).

My wife and I plan to play together. The MSR, Asgard and Liberator are, primarily, to help us move our base. The Liberator can also get our Hawks to hunting grounds for Bounty Hunting. We can also carry ground vehicles in order to do ground capture of bounties. Or the Liberator can move our Hawks, Sabres or Super Hornets to support Test Squadron operations.

You do realize that you're looking at 1185$ just for a moving van? Well, 3 moving vans. For 2 people...
Not that I can complain looking at my own neglected fleet sitting 3% beneath Space Marshal level.
Damn, I spent more money on this game than on my actual rig I play with... :thump:

Almost true. I had some good cheap CCU involved. LOL.

I figure we're going to need to use ground vehicles for bounty hunting sometimes. :)

And with the light fighter meta, our Hawks are likely to be more useful than our Cutlass Blues.

True dat.
As of the current state of the game the Blue is good for one thing only.
Picking up your Brother from jail and bringing The Band (TM) back together.
It's a mission from god after all... 😎

The Hermes is cool enough for its role.

Thankfully the team was more creative than calling it the 'Apollo CL' when reusing the hull.

Wonder what they will name a future combat variant.

Actually, if they go along with greek gods for the names and functions they could still do :
"Athene" for smart warfare.
"Ares" is obviously already taken.
"Artemis" for some headhunting shenannigans.
"Hephaistos" for fabrication.
"Aphrodite" for the other kind of seperate rooms with bed.
Since it's the same layout maybe interchangeable modules with the "Apollo?
And lastly "Dyonisos".
That's the special edition exclusive to members of the best Squardon!
Halve moonshine and halve All-you-can-eat.
Plus: massage seats!
(I don't know about you guys but I loooove them... )

I still believe the Artemis should be the Bounty Hunting version of the Constellation. The Connie sales page used to say, "When you think handsome bounty hunter making his way through a galaxy of enemies, you think Constellation."

Well when I think of a "handsome bounty hunter making his way through a galaxy of enemies" I do not imagine a skinny girl dressed in a napkin and armed with a bow.
I think of a mix of Boba Fet and that nameless guy Eastwood played in a "Fistful of Dollars". Maybe with a sprinkle of RoboCop. And all the weird stunts Colt Seavers pulled off.
A ship for that kind of person needs an appropriat name.
Something like "Paycheck" comes to mind.
Or, since it's you, how about the Constellation "Warrant"?

Since the rest of the line up is named for Greek mythology but Orion and Apollo are already taken...

Or, of course there is always this:

Gotta say I'd go with the first one.
Two reasons.
One of my favorit records is My Chemical Romance | Danger Days: The true lives of the fabulous killjoys.
And she looks just like my Ex:

Ah! Morrigan! I miss her!
Left me in the Fade with a reborn dragon brat.
Guess I will have to hunt her down after all.
Once the brat is out of the house.
Hmmm... how long does a dragon take to mature..?

PS: Killjoy is a brilliant name for a Bounty Hunter... 😽

Killjoys is a 5 season series. In the series "killjoys" is the slang term for "reclamation agents" aka bounty hunters.

Yes and No. Ancient enough, but memory of Barb Wire is sketchy. (not the actress, just the show)
And don't worry, you'll be an ancient relic yourself before you know it. There are a lot of us in Test.

Considering that a lot of our people seem to be attracted to Star Citizen because they played the original Wing Commander, or at least Freelancer, chances are that most of our crew are well past their teens.
Actually I am old enough to consider preparing a coffin that looks like one of them Cryopods. Just to rub it in the face of my heirs where all the money went that they won't get their greedy hands on.
Mua-ha-ha-ha..!
LOL. I've seen it a few times.
Well... I watched "Wing Commander: The movie". So who am I to judge... 🤣
