Interesting. If I am reading this right while if it fits it sits will still hold true ships that are parked correctly ie intended for the internal hangar space will have access to fuel and supplies between ships.

The way i read it is that the pisces draws its refills from the Carrack when its inside it and you choose to refuel. Not really 'sharing' as much as a semi-parasite.

While it was in the Pisces Q&A they made it sound like it applies to all ships that can fit in the other ships hangers like the 890jump, Constellation, Polaris, Idris and so on. That if the ship correctly fits then it can draw on the larger ships stores. So those ships we can wiggle or clip into the hanger space would be gimped by not being able to access the other ship's stores.

Yeah, I'm going to go off on a limb and assume parking a x85 in 890j engine room doesn't count as "intended".
Or the way you can park Razor in Freelancer Max with the wings hanging out, it locks to the cargo grid and all, but it's kinda like transporting long pieces of lumber with your car, you need to put warning signs up and you can't quite close the trunk.
