Welcome!! Normally there are various ship sales on our marketplace but almost all of those are within the TEST org
The current ship sale is happening now until April 22nd. The Drake Corsair, an exploration ship with some teeth!
if you mean the next concept sale, then the answer is 'we'll find out when they tell us'
alternatively, there will be (is?) a sale for the ships that are flight ready during 3.5 within the next week

If you mean most ships being made available to most people, that is an annual thing in November.

Well, either way there's either a grammar error, or a spelling error in the OP, and I totally missed it at first.
When I saw the post I immediately thought of a 'solar sail' on a space ship... and then everyone is talking about ship sales...

Well, the Corsair and the Carrack both historically had sails...so I'd say metaphorically speaking, when they become sea-worthy!
