So who has access to multiplayer?

So, i read that the first 200,000 citizens have been givin access to the multiplayer function. I was wondering who has it and how it is so far. Also, anyone know when there may be another batch of citizens given access?

I am currently on my 2nd gin n' tonic.

I'm not in that magical number. But from what I've gavered It is pretty buggy and laggy atm, the new patch is meant to fix this, but basically they don't want to invite any more until they have at least fixed some of the major bugs like players jumping around through lag or being one shot by omniskys because they are the only weapon worth a damn atm.
