Don't forget about Nevada, after all not only can you gamble away your life savings, drink yourself sober and legally pay for sex. You can now do it all while high.
Nevada is Banu controlled space. Use cheap outposts for production or expensive outposts in UEE space that produces non-vice plant products.

Well, to be fair, this is space weed. That does not mean it is necessarily marijuana. It is simply its cultural equivalent (relatively harmless/medically useful, but illegal, substance) I wanna bring medicine to the people......man.

I am hoping that my MerchantMan will qualify as soverign ground, because I could sling a LOT of drugs from behind some Diplomatic immunity (Worked for those dudes in Lethal Weapon 2....to a degree)
This is why I'm hoping that there will be ways to gain reputation with the alien races if not earn a sort of ambassadorship with them to gain that sort of diplomatic status. If that is possible, then it would make trading goods (regardless of them being from questionable sources) much more easy between the various systems. After all, only stupid pirates would attack a good fence for their products that would pay slightly better prices than the NPCs & is willing to travel to them for the exchange to help them avoid the law system. That's a triple win for the smart pirates.
