SQ42 upgrade available?

Hey TESTies,

Is there a SQ 42 add-on available to buy? Aside from the 45 dollar standalone? I've got an alt account with a game package, and I'm looking to add SQ 42. I recall you used to be able to add it when you bought a game package, but I never saw that addition. Nor am I having luck finding it in the store.

Anyone has expertise on this?

It was available as an add on and I have never seen it in my buyback. I'll have to look and see if I can still buy it as a addon

I'm pretty sure there was a post from CIG about them removing them from buy back when they changed how the Pledge store handled them, so the only way to get one would be if someone happens to have an extra active one that is still giftable.

Well, in my case it's hard to miss because it appears twice, once as standalone and another as an addon :/

This is strange. Your two 'Add Squadron 42 to your package' options are different prices. Why? I also have two options when I try that (not that I need it - I have SQ42, but... for science!). Mine are at least the same price as each other. I even chose to use store credit, same as you did:

@Blind Owl, why not open a ticket and ask if you can add it to your existing package, on whichever account you have. You must have spent enough with CIG to get concierge support, or be very close, surely? There's no rush, and the worst they can do is say 'no'.

A quick calculation tells me that the $29'45 SQ42 discounted pack keeps the VAT of the full $54'45 price. Seems like a error on CIG's side. I'll drop Concierge a line about it and will post its response.

I had one but melted it when I got my Scoundrel pack. Sorry, buy back not allowed, so I can't get it to you.

Yeeeeaaaaaah, I may have been able little TESTified when I was doing my purchases. And by TESTified I mean I may have been half a bottle of scotch and a few beers deep.

I could. However, at this point I'll probably just buy another Warbond package during IAE and make sure I add the SQ 42 to it. Or buy a credit one and use a 120 month CCU to upgrade it.
