OK that's what I figured. His accent sounds Dutch but since I'm American I can't say I'm amazing at placing accents, or even understanding English for that matter. :)

EDIT: For balance purposes, CIG really can't release Aurora Bombers. We would wreak so much havoc. There would be so many tears we would need submarines instead of spaceships to get from planet to planet.
