Yes, you can get it at many of the stations at L1/L2 Lagrange points, or on planetary stations and on at least 3 of the planets (not at New Babbage, but it's station yes.). You can find black undersuit at Area 18 and a few other places.
That is my daily armor. See my picture <-- over there.

I just hang out at Hurston. Do all the bunkers there and pick up the yellow armor that Hurston Security wears!

I like the armors of the Hurston guards in their bunkers. mostly black with some yellow lining.

Yep, that's what I use for Mix&Match too. It's dark gryish with yellow highlights and you get it for real cheep.
Just wait outside the bunker until the bandits are done.
Got to fix some bulletholes and bloodstains too.
But otherwise they are a real steal. :like:
