All joking aside my idea is to have a system where people who have fucked up can live another day by sending a DB to a capital-class ship (ie idris) and be rescued so that people who might've gone through a sudden jump point (no matter how unlikely), crashed on a planet or failed to press the on button for their weapons can be rescued!

My Cruci will carry a few barrels of space-rum at all times, just in case.

A bit more seriously, my Crucible will be my main ship and it is *designed* for this kinda thing.
My Cutlass Red could also be useful in this direction.

Yeah I have a fuel pod full of actual fuel. Had to fill the rest of them up with whiskey to balance things out....
