And yes, pCARS looks nice, and drives nicer. Its been loads of fun assisting with its development.

Sorry, not a (pro) artist or a developer, I'm really just an undergrad in Mechanical Engineering. I got into the pCARS pre-alpha a year and a half ago before they had to close down investing. By "assisting" I mean testing the builds and going to my local race track, Road America, to take reference pictures for the environment artists.

I am envious of your delicious cheeses! Our grad student friends from WI always bring back cheese curds when they visit home. They never sit out on the table for more than a few minutes!

I also wonder if the cockpit physics will be different if you make your character as obese as Porkins, or how many obese people I can collect in my cargo hold.

From my understanding they were purchased that morning in Wisconsin before the drive back and devoured that afternoon in Michigan. Probably not as fresh as eating them in Wisconsin, but about as close as I can get.

I've never had deep fried curds, but that sounds heavenly!

We did use them to make poutine a few times!
