Sorry, but I must ask. Favorite beer or recommendations? When my friends and I visited a host family in Wuppertal, they took us for some delicious dark beer to go with some roasted pork in downtown Dusseldorf. I think it was not really available anywhere in the States. Easily my favorite meal on the trip.
