Dunno until I see the finished product but it's unlikely I'll see it as I don't have D+...
I do know what I've seen of the franchise to this point which is Ep.1, 4, 5, 6, 8 and the masterpiece which was the series Droids. And a few Ewoks episodes.
What I know:
The introduction to the protagonists was Ep 4: there was a planet called Alderan. It got all blowed up and it was all wrapped up in one sentence from Leia: "The stronger you tighten your grip, the more star systems slip through your fingers."
That was it. An Empire trying to enforce rule through fear and state persecution. That was the premise.
