The FCC is full of shit. Bought and paid for. Leaving a comment has been proven as a waste of time. It will be ignored. Start building molitovs if you REALLY want to shake things up.

Since our politicians are bought and paid for, literally the only course of action we have is the courts (Which are owned too, I'd wager) So I say we bum off of Canada's WiFi and burn our own ISP infrastructure to the ground to start over.
Canada just went the other way. In December of last year, the CRTC (Canada's FCC) mandated that high speed internet is considered an essential service. As such, all Canadians, ALL Canadians (that's a lot of rural folks) are to have access to it in the next 10-15 Years.
