I got a premium ticket now for flights an hotels, and yeah maybe I should have checked Austin hotel prices before deciding on this for a weeks holiday...

I’m just going to cross-post this here. Some sort of accommodation document has been started for people that are attending.
I just decided to buy the standard ticket. I don't want to be sprayed with watermelon after all.
I just picked up a regular ticket. I didnt feel like hunting for a premium one.
Citizen con is between ACL weekends in Austin so even renting a plot of dirt to camp out on it going to be expensive.

You can rent'em at most ranges.

Got my Ticket. Trying for a premium ticket today since the others went so fast.
Can you return the regular ticket if you get a premium? I may shoot for that too if that is the case.

I believe someone has already tried that and it denied the Premium because they had an existing ticket.

Just got my ticket!!!! It's not too bad of a drive from Houston. Last time I made it to CitizenCon was when it was in Manchester, UK.

Hi guys long time lurker here, Just got my ticket... Decided to spend my birthday week in Austin. Gonna keep it weird and drunk, hopefully with some new found friends. Gonna be driving down from Wyoming too, if anybody else is travelling that way as well, hit me up.

I think I might want to get an Airbnb if I can find one close. Worst Case scenario I will just get a hotel room downtown. I think with all that is happening in Austin that week that It may be tough to find accommodations. I am all down for people joining me. Just send me a private message or post here if you are interested in Going in on the cost together. I already filled out the TEST accommodations form that has been circling around.
