2nd and 3rd were crap. First one was terrific.
I worked a couple of days on Man of Steel years ago. Even back then I was wondering how much bigger Lawrence Fishburne was when compared to his Matrix days. I think he isn't reprising the role because A) They killed off his character in the original trilogy and B) He is nowhere as fit as he was and doing a physically demanding film like a new Matrix is backbreaking.
