So when I first read the name I had a bit of a chuckle but after looking into it, it looked really interesting. I'm a huge fan of sandbox games and when I saw that some of the developers worked on Star Wars Galaxies (my first MMO) I was really excited.

I've been playing for over a week now and so far it is quite fun. It is quite "grindy" because using your skills is how you level them up but if you're like me and you're into games like that then you should give this one a look. It's a SciFi sandbox with fun FPS aspects to it.

I've been following this game far before it went on steam. I was impressed by the massive amount of update notes they pushed out each time, and the fact that it was so similar in it's own respect to Star Wars: Galaxies (which I was a big fan of). However, for some reason I just never bought into it because I've been pre-occupied with other games. Glad to hear you're having fun! What is the population like?

Saw this quite a while back, been trying to keep up with it. God, I had so much time in SWG and loved every second of it.

I'm interested in Repop, but at the same time early access...

Awesome to see more SWG folks out there! Before the Star Citizen community that was the best online community I had seen.

To ArrangingStars, the population isn't very large but the folks I've talked to in general chat have been friendly and helpful. So that's always nice! Almost everyone is an old SWG player on there.

Personally, I enjoy the fact that there is no class system. You are whatever you want to be and there are many different combinations of builds that are fun and still viable. The combat is a bit clunky and old school, but for me that nostalgic feel of SWG combat is there and that's another thing I enjoy. They are trying to work on making everything more smooth and only time will tell if that's going to change. That aside I like the environment, except for the first city after the tutorial it's just simple. Maybe it's made that way though to help newer players navigate and find much needed terminals and ships to continue onward.

One of the guys I ran with late game in SWTOR has been talking to me about this game for a long time. They recently had a kid and haven't kept up with him as much as I used to. Sounded interesting and might be interested in checking it out soon. Didn't realize it was on Steam now.

Ya just started playing the other night but im on the west coast server hudson or w.e decent so far combat def needs work and its pretty buggy half the time I dont know if Im attacking or not but it is early access so can deal loved SWG and can see the similarities and thats what will keep me playing.
