Nice spot on the rings-elevator, Odissey's owner will now be a ble to scream "Beam me up Scotty!!" before entering theyr ship.
I just hope grav-lev elevator will work better then grav-lev bige otherwise they'll double s a meat grinder... good for provision but not so much as an entry way.

That was really good. Thanks @Montoya. Really looking forward to seeing this ship develop, and to playing around with one.

From what @Shadow Reaper said, maybe if there is more than one way to explore, there’s a role for a Carrack as a mapping and surveying vessel in newly-discovered space or systems, and a role for the Odyssey as the centre of a small fleet that finds out which have systems worth surveying. Maybe the Odyssey crew needs to call in a Carrack to do that work? Or the other way around? Depending on the depth and variety of the exploration mechanics, both ships might be best at one or more aspects of it. Exploration is surely something players will have to invest significant time doing, and it will need some variety of activities to not be boring.
