CIG had planned to hit 3.0 before the con and now it is after. So what is it really? Are they gonna blow past Gamescon or are they gonna surprise everyone on the 20th by going 3.0 and make all of Gamescon about them?

Who knows? It'd be awesome if 3.0 was at least to PTU by the Con. I'm not holding my breath though. They'll still have a sale though I'm guessing. Haha.
