Thank you! My parents were gracious enough to host us, and yes, we've worked very hard on that house. After the '94 earthquake in Northridge, we decided to remodel, going from a 1400sqft home to the house you saw. Took 12 years, since we did it ourselves. If you've ever seen the movie "The Money Pit", that's a little how it felt :D
