Time the sale might start?

I have never been around for a concept sale before. So, I was wondering what time it is likely to start. If anybody knows, it would be appreciated.

I wonder if it's going to be a limited # sale like the Glaive and Scythe were....

If so it's gonna be a clusterfuckkkk. Limited # sales are always terrible, they sell out instantly, crash the site, and everyone gets butthurt.
