I've been recruiting 3 or 4 testies a day, for the last week or so. Here are two of them, and probably the closest to my heart as these two little dudes are both FPS gods in training.
Jack is 9 and one of coolest cats around, with an IQ of an average 18 year old.
Amano is just a bad mama jamma and one of the best RTS and FPS dudes I have ever ever seen, he is just 12 years old.
Both are super excited and getting ready for everything. I am going to get them each a ship (If anyone has any extra's they would like to sell to us that would be awesome, looking for decent prices but can pay whatever). They both have pledged allegiance to TEST and sworn an oath to uphold our values (lack there of) and will drink like fishes (when they are 21ish years old).
So here is the story, and it is a all-to-common and all-to-sad one.
Their dad is a really good friend of mine, and neighbor (before we sold our estate to the Government and moved a few miles into the City of Portland. While I was 1000 miles away living the life and enjoying the perfect climate of the Southern California Coastline and Networking in the Gaming Mecca, The Boys and Dad went into a Best Buy (Yes, the father knows better now trust me) and asked them for a "Gaming Computer to play Games on". What Best Buy sold them was borderline fraud and pure, unadulterated retardation at its worst.
It was an HP, friggin All-In-One, with NO DAMN VIDEO CARD! Yup. They struck again. Those bastards. I blame @Dalarast ! LOL :p
Luckily @Bulloko and I had enough parts laying around. Big big thanks to Mr B on that front. Mr. Amano said, "If @Bulloko ever needs an escort, deepstapce medivac, or Planetside Rescue you can count on us!"
We also need to get some Gamer names for these nerds and their father curses constantly, drinks heavily, is a country boy, and is fully aware of what I am getting these dudes into with TEST so no worries. Also, they have been trained by me personally on Comms and stuff so they won't be annoying, or lame, or immature and you can treat them just as bad as you treat any other TESTicle.
@JacknHoffa @GameRoomGuy @Wolf @Kip and the rest of the #TESTNW bros will meet them soon enough. My Gaming Company is sponsoring them, and we are going to do some really awesome stuff together. Stay tuned and say hello!
