My bias approaching this as yet unknown pocket carrier, is that it needs at least us dozen beds. I doubt very much CIG will give it a dozen beds.
Similar to the Railen, but instead of two tractors it has 2 2S3 remote turrets.
My bias again, but CiG could have built this for stealth and failed to do so. I so want to smack them. 6S2 reactors, 2S3 shields, 2S3 coolers, an S3 Q drive, and -40/-40-/40 armor would have made this a compelling ship, especially if it could fit 6 Pitbulls.

What I will say is if you want a pocket carrier, say screw this and look at the Starlancer Max. With upgrades you get 12S4 guns (3 stations), 4S3x4 missiles, only 1S3 shield but 20% more HP. It can be stealthed, and fits 6 Pitbulls. The Tyilui fits just 2, which is a disgrace for any “carrier”. The Tyilui’s standout is its exceptional range with 125 hydrogen and 5.3 Quantum fuel. That is remarkable.
If you stand back and try and cleanse yourself of the fomo and rule of cool stuff - It's totally pointless. Once the new new has worn of no one will be running one of these, It ties up 8 people needed to run it - you may as well just go out in a polaris or perseus or hammerhead and do some actual real damage?

Welllll.... buying assets that sooner or later will be earnable in game is always a poor financial decision. So in other words they designed this ship with the majority of players in mind.
Does it really matter if a ship is ravishingly useful or simply fits your odd tastes?
Besides, "Usefullness" , as the Prowler Utility has shown, is something to be discovered by goin off the well trodden path.
And come on, infinit space jogging in VR!
Now I only need a treadmill....!
