That is why here at TEST, we have always focused on quality!
Yes, we are already the most amazing, most active, most powerful organization in the a game that has yet to be released, but that does not mean that we should forget our roots!
When this organization began, a group of 10 of us set out to spread the word.
We had a crazy idea.
The idea was that an organization could exist that did not put any kind of harsh requirements on its members. We wanted to put together a group of players that could be serious when needed and casual if they wanted.
The idea took off and here we are!
Our early success was largely due to simply telling others about the organization, chatting with them in RSI chat or over PM and letting them know that TEST existed.
It was a fairly easy sell, everybody loved the idea, the brand and the amazing members that have already joined!
Even though we are the most active org, our activity is centered around the forums here and on the mumble server. Being active on RSI and having a nice TEST signature linking back to our org page is a great way to help out!
If you are active on RSI and you want to help TEST, try speak to at least one person per day. Tell them about TEST, show them the org page, the mustang commercial, the latest State of the Squadron.
If they have not run away screaming at this point, then they are most likely a good candidate for membership!
Who is a good candidate?
If you see somebody posting on RSI that has a low post count, recently registered and or posting in the new recruit section, shoot them off a PM. Strike up a conversation, make it personal. We do not want some cookie cutter interaction, we want people to know that we real, passionate and the only true choice for anybody looking for a place to call home!
Hundreds of new people join RSI every day, let them know the glory that is TEST!
