Weapons Loadout Not Saving

I'm sure this has been beaten to death a billion times,
BUT
Why the hell does my weapons loadout save and work in Arena Commander drone sim, but not in the PU. Or, for that matter, in spectrum matches?

Are there any fixes as of yet for this?

That's what I'm using. Works for AC drone sim, does not work for PU, and as of my last and only attempt, does not work for spectrum matches in AC.

Try changing loadout using the holo-table, then immediately hopping into a Spectrum match.

Try changing loadout using the holo-table, then immediately hopping into a Spectrum match.

won't work. Things for the moment are static with Port Olisar. The ships they're calling down for you are not YOUR ships per se, but what you have access too. Nothing is yet persistent. (if i am wrong correct me.)

I get it to work mostly like this:

-Delete user folder (backup custom controls if you have them! They are in User->Controls->Mappings)
-Start up Star citizen (If you have backed up your controls you can put it back when the folder has been created. To use it go to console and type pp_rebindkeys <your xml>
-Go to hangar and change weapons
-Go into freeflight to check if they are on
-Go back to menu
-Go to PU

Usually they are on there then. Hope this works for you!

I've been playing with this all night.
So....
I use the website

and then after taking everything off of all of my ships
I put all the good stuff on my Origin 325A
Then I save, and put the file in the game
and I go into "Free Flight" and it's all there
so I go do an online "Vandul Swarm" and one of my guns is missing, so I disappoint all of the guys in that game and go straight into my hanger...
and I goto the hanger thing and one of the guns says it isn't mounted.
So I mount it.
Then I leave Hanger and go back into the Swarm, and all of my guns are there.
So then I goto PU and it's there.

and that's my cool story bro.


Now my question is... What guns should "I" use?
I've got these Badgers and they're nifty, and have unlimited ammo... and on my nose I put a Bulldog, because it's basically the same as a Badger, but with less hair and a different smell.
But I have these "Distortion: SuckerPunch" I can use, and APPARENTLY that makes the people I am shooting GO SLOWER? OMG PERFECT!
Because right now I shoot like this:
