I wonder if there will be any tight space station that fit only man/woman in Star Citizen, much like the on/off missions in the current SC. (cant remember its name)

yeah.....we have artificial gravity generators on ships and space stations in SC.

Not to mention your esophagus constantly contracts when drinking and eating to force food and drink down, even in zero grav.
