What is this fish?

Im in Clearwater, Tampa at the beach this morning.

Im in about 8ft of water and feel something bump my back, so I scream like a little girl and splash around like an octopus having a seizure.

I make it to the shore, only to see that what ever bumped into me had followed me all the way back to shallows.

This fish then swam right into 1" of water and sit there while I pet it, he even rolled into his side and let me play with him for 5min until I pushed him off back into deep water.

What is this fish?

How poisonous is it is because I touched it?

Am I a disney princess now?

Turtles are not poisonous, but they can bite quite hard.

Thats a type of boxfish, most likely a young scrawled cowfish.

That would be a Peruvian Choad-Tickler. VERY rare. They are drawn to beer-soaked urine, so that must be why it followed you.

More than likely you were possibly kicking up small invertibrae or crustaceans, which are the primary diet of such a cowfish. It was thanking you by letting you rub its belly....

OR

You intruded upon its lair and it decided to become "bull-ish" and charge you, only to fall on its side and become paralyzed with your superior tickle methods.
