Industry Who want to focus on base building?

After seeing the recent citcon, and knowing myself, i'm probably going to be changing my fleet into a more focused base builder crafter type.

i just like to build bases in most games.

So now to figure out if i should buy the new Starlancer BLD or get the pioneer ( that pioneer is probably going to cost me most of my fleet)

but yeah i can't wait for base building to be implemented. I didn't catch when they hoped to have it implemented though.

Dear Leader wants the full on Space Station experience so that probably means a multitude of bases to support the construction. It's be a full on logistical endeavor worthy of all the TEST Beer!

yeah i figured we would be building a few space stations... it seemed like they could also be built in high sec though...

We’ll have to plan it out first. Like one area could be residential area, another could be hangers and another could be something else.

Also depending on the rank of member could deside how big there homestead could be. Like a recruit are only allowed to have a barrack or something, an Ensign could have a small room, a lieutenant could have there own small homestead, a Captain could have a medium sized homestead and a board member could have a large homestead, or something similar.

As for planning out the TEST base, I suspect that a lot of that will be done on the backs of partially used bar napkins while some TESTified partying is going on. No need to have it encrypted, it's only legible while sloshed.

We should both probably have another few kids for mat farming, transporting of mats. CitizenMom is NOT going to be happy but she knows "It's for the Org!" by now so she won't put up much of a fight hehe :)

Ya I figure my Orion and I will just be out chewing as much rock as we can daily sending back the goods for the crafters. The logistics of such operations are very exciting. Hopefully lots of testies like the idea of being space truckers as I'd imagine the number of hull e's we will need fling is going to be numerous.

The pioneer (and BMM) have been my end game ships since I started playing. I'm down to work on this. I don't really care to have something of my own knowing the growing numbers of griefers I've been meeting.
